Community Supported Pregnancy & Parenting

There is no "best" or "right" pregnancy or parenting philosophy; what works for one isn't going to be a good fit for another yet the stakes can feel "big", the lift shift, destabilizing. We create an intimate space to learn & grow in a community of diverse, similar stage parenting-peers who value time in the community to figure out their individual approach to this pregnancy and parenting thing, together.

We understand the journey of parenthood and the many facets it encompasses. Offering a united approach ot your early maternal and family health, our dedicated, multidisciplinary team collaborates extensively, centered on your mental wellness and tailored to your whole-person well-being. Be it through our in house programs, on site collaborations or intentional "warm" referrals to community providers, we know that this stage of life calls for coordinated, collaborative community support to address your evolving needs with compassion and expertise.

As a small but mighty nonprofit, we’re proud to fundraise to increase access to compassionate care for mid-income families who need financial support, provide low-cost therapy options, and free or donation-based programming. Our work to fulfill our mission is truly is a community affair - we don't exist without your generous support - and we are often asked “how can we help?” Simply spreading the word is huge, as is volunteering to keep  overhead low, or donating "small" or not-so-small all helps keep the doors open!
