Indira Katan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of experience working with children, adults, and families. Her work is rooted in relational neuroscience–the study of how our brains work and grow through relationships. Indira specializes in supporting the primary relationship between parents and children and especially delights in supporting new parents. She is passionate about supporting parents and caregivers, and helping them to explore how their own early-life experiences shape their parenting. Her integrated approach incorporates trauma-informed modalities that build insight, increase self-compassion, and reduce anxiety.
